1. About Pickle HK
Pickle HK is an editorial guide to pickleball in Hong Kong. We publish a courts directory, district and feature pages, and a journal of skills, news, equipment, and player experiences. The Site is operated by Pickle HK as a community resource.

Court information on the Site is compiled from public sources and community contributions. Venues, prices, schedules, and booking channels change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details with the venue before you travel or pay. External links are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party websites, including booking platforms, social media accounts, or venue pages.
4. User conduct
When interacting with the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Hong Kong law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about any venue, coach, or player.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
5. Intellectual property
All editorial copy, page layouts, design elements, and the Pickle HK name and logo are owned by Pickle HK or its licensors and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. Court names, photographs, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under fair-dealing exceptions or with permission.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site is editorial in nature and is not medical, legal, financial, or coaching advice. Pickleball involves physical activity and risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training program, and play within your ability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickle HK and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any decision you make based on Site content. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the change.
